Kitchen: polished granite kitchen counter top with stainless steel sink and drain board, Washing machine point, suitable number of electrical points for kitchen appliances.

Doors and windows: Teakwood carved main door and frame. Other doors with hardwood door frames, paneled internal doors with paint finish. Syntex door for bathrooms.

Painting: premium emulsion paint with putty finish for sitout, living room, dining room, bedrooms walls. Weather shield Nerolac Excel for external walls. Enamel paint for wood work and grills.

Electrical : single phase wiring with concealed wiring in PVC conduits with high quality copper wires (Finolex or havells). Adequate light points, fan points and power points. DB, ELCB, and MCB of havells or equivalent. Premium modular switches (Crab tree or equivalent). Telephone points and cable TV points in living room. Independent KSEB meters.

Security : All round compound wall surrounding the entire project.
