• Putty finished interiors in living and dining with two-coat emulsion, cement paint (snowcem or equivalent) for exteriors, enamel paint on doors, windows, grills & hand rails.
  Door / Door Frames / Windows / Ventilators: Flush doors and frames of hard wood. All windows and ventilators shall be of good quality hard wood or good quality aluminium with glazed sliding or opening type, with suitable fittings. All windows shall be provided with suitable iron guard / grills and painted suitably.

Electrical:

• All electrical lines shall be concealed conduit copper wiring with semi modular switch/socket/plugs provided. Provision for separate meters for all flats, with necessary panel boards and fittings. All materials used shall be of ISI branded. Selection of brand names are the discretion of the builders.

Plumbing:

• All water lines provided are concealed hot, and cold water pipe lines on bathrooms wherever specified in drawing . Pure ground water connection shall be available. Water connection lines are provided for each flats, from the over head water tanks for sufficient flow of water. Heavy grade PVC pipes are used for cold water connections and GI pipes for hot water lines wherever specified.

General:

• Septic tank, soak pits and dispersion trenches will be provided as per requirement and suitable connections from each toilets & bathrooms and kitchen outlets. The information provided is based on the availability of materials and the builders shall substitute with equal quality of materials if not available at the time of construction.
